How your information is handled when you enquire, run discovery, create an account or buy a package.

Last updated: October 24, 2026

What I collect

When you send a project enquiry: your name, email, business name if you share one, project type, project description, budget range, desired delivery timeline and your existing website address if you include one.

When you run free discovery: your answers to the questions, so I can suggest a package and you can save your progress and come back later.

When you create an account: your email address and the login credentials managed by the site, plus the messages, answers and files you add to your workspace.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare guidance and proposals, design, build and deliver your project, maintain your website, and keep a record of the work we do together.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card details go to that provider, not to me. I keep only the order and subscription records needed to run your project and show you your billing history.

Where it is stored

Project and account information is kept in a hosted database with access controls, and workspace files are private to the project they belong to. Public pages never show customer information, private project details or unfinished admin features.

Cookies and sign-in

Signing in stores a session in your browser so you stay signed in between visits. Basic site analytics may be used to understand how the website performs.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent me, ask me to stop contacting you, or close your account. Use the Work With Me form and I will handle it.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If how I handle information changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
