Davontaye
Ryles-Robinson.

My story starts in Reading, Pennsylvania. I attended Conrad Weiser High School before heading to Bloomsburg University, where my entrepreneurial journey began to take shape.

After graduating, I founded two startups, ZoomU and IDOL, and raised $100,000 in angel investment funding. Building those businesses gave me firsthand experience turning an early concept into a real product — balancing creative direction, product decisions and the practical work of bringing an idea to life.

I learned a lot about building businesses—the excitement, the uncertainty, the late nights, and everything that goes into bringing an idea to life.

But somewhere along that journey, I discovered something about myself.

My true passion wasn’t necessarily starting companies of my own. It was helping other people bring their dreams to life.

I love the creative process. Taking someone’s vision, figuring out how it could work, designing the experience, and watching it become something real. There’s something special about helping someone go from “I have this idea” to “I actually built this.”

That’s why I started isthatdavontaye, my independent creative studio.

I believe you shouldn’t need a massive budget, a technical background, or thousands of dollars in agency fees just to get your business off the ground.

Whether you’re shaping your first business idea, building a website, or bringing a digital product to life, my goal is to make professional design and development more accessible, affordable, and personal.

I combine creativity, modern technology, and real entrepreneurial experience to help people take that first big step.

Because I’ve been on the other side of the table. I know what it’s like to have a vision and need someone who believes in it enough to help make it happen.
